Sermorelin acetate is a synthetic 29-amino-acid fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29-NH2; sequence YADAIFTNSYRKVLGQLSARKLLQDIMSR-NH2; ~3,358 Da), supplied as the acetate salt lyophilizate.
